Apparently I have a thing for leather, but I also like to stick to a budget. I stumbled upon the AlmaRose CLAIRE bag a while back and immediately fell in love. It was stylish, it was leather, AND it was nearly half the price of others I had found at only $160. I’m so happy to be sharing this bag with you all this week. I’ve overstuffed it for twins this week as well.
This week’s packing list includes:
- 12 diaper changes (4 covers, 12 soakers)
- wipes
- 2 wet bags
- changing pad (included)
- quick bag (included)
- first aid kit
- 2 spoons
- 2 food jars
- 2 straw bottles
- 2 bibs
- 2 books
- sunglasses
- phone
- 4 toys
- shopping bag
- makeup clutch
One thing you may have noticed with my packing list this week- I’m missing my wallet. Well, I’m a disaster at life and lose my wallet constantly. The majority of the time it is because my toddler has found it, emptied it all over the apartment, and then hidden his dirty deed. Well, AlmaRose has solved this dilemma and if you happen to own any of their bags, you will never leave the house without your license or credit card again. They all come with a built in wallet area. Pretty cool, huh?
This bag also comes with a quick bag, great for storing disposable diapers if you don’t use cloth. Or, in my case, awesome for storing bibs, spoons, and little things.
This bag also comes with a lot of great little pockets inside of it. The larger one with a snap is great for board books or an ipad/kindle. The bag also has two loops on either side to snap your keys or pacifier handy. I’ve opted for an alternative use for them (keep scrolling).
I mayyyyyy have overstuffed my bag this week. Just a smidge. But I came up with a great solution. The snaps for the keys/pacifiers work surprisingly well to hold the bag together as a tote as the magnetic closure could not fit around all of my stuff.
The bag has two bottle pockets- one on either side- great for sippy cups, water bottles, or, of course, regular bottles. There’s also a pocket at the top of the front and a zippered one on the back.
This really is a phenomenal diaper bag for the price. It is luxurious, durable, and really pretty! It would definitely make a great back to work bag as well- it easy accommodates my macbook pro. If I could change one thing, I would ask for a zippered closure rather than a magnetic snap closure. The only reason behind this is that my toddler is ridiculously curious and gets into EVERYTHING.
